Ordered this a month ago, with intro discount.

So there's the review:

Since quality is subjective, what I would just say is they're worth the price of admission, especially if you have never-ending tasks.

I've assigned various task and there were some good results. And some weren't to my satisfaction.

These guys are professional. The very first task I assigned were not typical for these guys (not your typical design, with weird requirements.)

They asked for a week for both task (two of similar tasks, UI design), which at first seemed a bit long, but it is ultimately fair, I decided.

A week went by and I got an email saying they couldn't complete it due to the requirements, and extended my subscription another week. Emails were courteous and makes sense. And i'd say communication was cool.

Subsequent tasks were more typical of their normal workflow and all came on time.

So all in all i'd give it a 8/10.

One thing to factor in is the time for communicating requirements. I guess these would be shortened if you continued your subscription.
