You can only do cold emails if you use your own SMTP server, but if using our mail servers, cold emailing is not allowed.

You mean low quality because we dont allow Cold emails with our own SMTP servers? Well that would mean services like Mailchimp and all the big ones are also low quality as they dont allow cold mails either. We have a need to protect our IP's from cold mails and spam. Which is why if anyone wants to cold email they can always being their own SMTP server to use with our service like Sendgrid, Amazon SES, Mailgun etc.
Good luck finding an email service that gives you cold mailing capabilities with their own SMTP servers.

Get people to opt-in or double opt-in my email list is extremelly difficult, so how do I send email newsletters to thousands of people in order to start do mass newsletter campaigns and avoid spam at same time?
I need a way to send mass emails and get people to visit my website and then the intrested ones subscribe to my email list. Doing promoting in Facebook groups, Reddit, Pinterest, etc will get only few opt-ins per day. I need to reach hundreads of thousands people each month in order to get more sales. That's my point. There is any solution?

You cant do both at the same time send out cold emails as newsletter and expect to avoid spam. It is illegal to send newsletters without permission with the CAN-SPAM act as well as Europes GDPR rules which is why 99% of email providers will not accept this kind of cold emailing. You may want to Google as there may be a few who send cold emails on your behalf. The way I see it is you get your SMTP server as there are a few that do it and then use a service like ours to send the emails.

Ok. Anyway I just want to get tons of traffic to my products and services and increase my sales fast.
What do you recommend besides send out cold emails as newsletter in order to get tons of traffic to my website?

Not sure I understand. This is a email auto responder where you send out emails to your customer base or get opted in emails that you send emails out to. You need to have your own opted in list. We do not provide any mailing lists for you.
