Decent link with a decent amount of traffic, I hate these high DR links with like 200 traffic, this looks the real deal high DR decent traffic at 10K

the page had 3 other niche edits which will be diluting the link juice but overall solid domain and link

It wold probably help to put some pricing on the sales thread
