I completed the purchase process by sending the agreed amount through PayPal. However, upon making the payment, the system displayed a message stating that it was "waiting to confirm the invoice." After a few minutes, the invoice was unexpectedly canceled, and to my dismay, I did not receive any download link or confirmation email.
As a customer, I understand that unforeseen technical glitches can occur, and I am hopeful that this is merely a misunderstanding that can be resolved promptly. I have double-checked my PayPal transaction, which clearly shows the payment made to your account.
To ensure we can resolve this issue effectively, I kindly request your assistance in addressing the following:
Please verify if there was a technical issue on your end or if there was any other reason for the invoice cancellation.
Could you please provide me with the eBook I purchased or alternatively arrange for a refund of the amount I paid?
