Example of a 100 article site if possible. But more importantly, do you have a checklist of everything I need to do at my end to make sure the site gets up and running and how to get adsense onboard? Obviously I am a newbie and based on the great reviews to date I think you guys would be the ones to start me off.

So my website was just delivered today. It took more than the advertised 7 days, but even before ordering the seller was clear that they have tons of orders and currently I can expect longer TAT. I was told my site would be ready by the 9th of Nov and it is ready. So, happy about that, and happy about clear communication.
So what does this service offer? A fully built niche website with 100 articles and a total of 10k search volume (I assume that is for all the articles combined). Ready with all pages for Adsense approval.
The experience was actually pretty smooth. I ordered my website, then asked the seller if we can do a custom niche. To that they said it's fine and we went ahead with the custom niche. Couple of days alter I got a recommended domain which I registered and set up WP on, then I handed over the access to the sellers team.
Today on the delivery date I got my site back. It does have 100 articles and they are way more than 10K in search volume combined. HOWEVER, the articles don't always target easy KWs so ranking is a question. The site actually looks pretty great and professional. The articles are not the best quality but you do get 100x500 words for $200.
I did get a nice logo as well and pictures for all sites. They selected a color for my website for which they also provided the code. They've also sent over some very basic instructions on starting to work on my website.
Overall, I got a nice website and I am satisfied with the service. I got what I expected for my money. Now if I want to actually make money from this I think there's still work to be done for me, so let me get to that.
