Yes you can run miners. AWS does not ban or block accounts that mine on their servers.

As per aws, credits get removed from account if done. But experienced users doing it fine without issues.

There is a chance of credit removal from account, if it is solely used for the purpose of mining, as free credits cant be used for mining. There is no reports from my customers yet anything like that yet.
