Honestly, if you're new to Facebook ads and Instagram ads for desktop I'd avoid this service. I'll explain why.

So, I am used to clicking "boost post" in Instagram to get ads up and traffic,. I explained this to the service provider but they didn't really answer my questions (which is why I posted "please follow up on my questions" in my last post) and told me to check their website. Wasn't much information there. I followed up but information was vague. I said I'd go ahead and they told me they would add me to a group with their staff. They were very fast in setting up the VPS so that was excellent.

I've hit a brick will as far as their support goes because I've explained several times in different ways what I am trying to achieve and it's hopeless. I am trying to boost posts as I would in Instagram. I had to Google and research to remedy one issue as they weren't able to help me. This involved me linking my page to the Facebook account they supplied to me. Once this was done, I then hit another brick wall and again they're unable to help me. I was unable to boost Instagram posts and could only see/boost posts from the Facebook page, not Instagram. I thought they were supposed to be experts in the field. I am not and expert hence why I think if you're new to the desktop aspect of Facebook ads then this service isn't for you.

They haven't charged me as I am still trying to get my test campaign running so I can't complain there. But if you're new to advertising on Facebook then I think this service isn't for you. I am pretty sure those who know their way around will do fine.

Additionally their communication and being called "bro" all the time is a little unprofessional for my liking as I personally use better language when conducting business.

i rented their account and paid full fee but they gave us the account initial threshold of 10$-25$ and i created campaigns that ran to facebook max threshold of 900$ after spent That $900 they didn't pay for facebook but they burned facebook's money, our campaign is working well and the bid is cheap they reported that the old owner restored my account and took away my access, i I got scammed by them many times until I found out, I completely stopped with this agency, the service is like shit, I advise everyone to stay away from this company

All customers we always respect and the account is always shown clearly and everything the customer is always strictly controlled. if you have proof of the issue you are talking about please post pictures here i will work directly with you and BHW will be the referee , do not do so without concrete proof . More than 500 customers are cooperating very stably with us . I've been standing on BHW for 3 years and only have 1 topic, so it's very reputable

both my company have 6 groups and are spending on their account and budget no less than 100k/day and we are very satisfied. we advertise BH products but the ban rate is very low and stable than other agencies. If you are a competitor with the same service as him then I think you are trying to compete unfairly . xD

Yes. I need a trial to get rid of messages from people impersonating my clients to sabotage our business. All customers are using the service very well and maintaining it for 2 years without any problems
