your payment system is to much like hard work - why not use one of those uk IP's to set up PayPal ?
 
right so far this is what I have learned from testing these IP's and I got USA not UK IP's which I ordered.
The don't work with :
  1. Twitter
  2. Reddit
  3. Cannot search on google. 502 Bad Gateway
  4. GSA products 502 Bad Gateway
  5. Scrapebox 502 Bad Gateway
  6. BBC 502 Bad Gateway
  7. Discord
  8. Amazon 502 Bad Gateway
  9. tiktok 502 Bad Gateway
  10. pinterest 502 Bad Gateway
Works with :
  1. Instagram
  2. Facebook
  3. Youtube
Now I'm no expert on IP addresses, I guess its the old adage , if its too good to be true - its probably to good to be true :)

The IP's are the same IP with 1000 - 2000 port setting 123.45.0.67:1000 - 123.45.0.67:2000 etc (example)
I know virgin run an internal DHCP network like 4g networks, so I don't know how that translates to the out side work. All I know is that when I looked up my IP via whatsmyip.com I got :

What Is My IP?
My Public IPv4 is: Not Detected
My Public IPv6 is: Not Detected
My IP Location is:
ISP:

So I don't know.
Maybe the UK ones that I hope they will exchange them for will work better.. who knows.

Update : I tried to make an Instagram account with a proxy it was was instantly flagged and banned.
