Thanks for sharing.Well i purchased this and was able to download guide right after payment. Guide contains 4 different kind of method and shows websites that use technique related to that specific method.
Examining websites shows that there is something fishy going on about their content generation and i really must wonder how the hell pages like this ranks (and banks from ads..). But If you can code, its somewhat easy to automate these things and start your own website doing same things and make your own twist from examples given in this.
Some sites have grown according to semrush very rapidly in the past year or two and almost all pages are done the same way. For example one site gets organic traffic according to semrush 6,328,557/month in less than an year. Ranking with 8,225,607 Organic Keywords, 86k in top 3.
No starter for me as coding is a no no for me and wouldn't know what to ask a coder to do lol.

Well you would need website and if you would hire a coder then he would need to build a bot to scrape content like these examples shows. Then create pages/posts automatically. I'm not a coder either but managed to build working python system just by finding code examples from sites.
