If you buy an account from some asia countries but you target in the US, yes before you got the account, those followers can be real. The problem will show once when you change the ip address to the US. tik tok would detect that suspicious activities and reset all calculations on that account, your videos would not show on FYP, it will be like shadow ban.

This is possible because if you change the ip and the location it will detect by tiktok as unusual activity you might need apps/tools that have anti detector hope so. Just saying like other socmeds acct.
