What does "Hosting Migration" mean exactly? Do you
- propose a better provider and will move the site there
- propose a choice of better providers and will give the option to move the site to one of them
- move the site to any hosting provider selected by the customer (if so do you do this with command line tools or do you require e.g. Plesk or cPanel)?

1. Can it work with existing theme or would it require tweaks to the theme?
2. Will this service mean having to install additional plugins?

1. Depends on theme.If It needs, we do some tweaks.
2- Mostly manual but as your site we also may use some additional plugins.
3- It will be remain even you upgrade your WP.
