Hi & thanks to Josh, Venu and all at CY

I've placed a few orders with these guys, all around the time of the algo change and ezine being hit.

I made myself a real pain in the ass by specifically asking them to still submit my articles to ezine even though I know they had problems doing this (as ezine's submission process obviously got much harder)

Received an email in last few hours with report showing some articles had already been accepted at ezine.
I am over the moon, really.

Josh, you and the guys are an absolute pleasure to deal with:

Well - I was under the impression that the lowest pack of articles would be done in 4-5 days.

Now I get an email - saying I can have 10 tomorrow and the rest as they are done ?

So all up I'm looking at 2 weeks for 25 articles ---- I don't know

I kind of feel thankful I didn't order 100 - as that would seem to take 2-3 months to finish.

Maybe its just me - but was hoping this service would be better than that.

We've committed to have 10 of those articles sent to you today and the remaining articles on Thursday. Should you need the refund more, I will be happy to process your refund right away. Let us know what you would like.

Had we known that we were dealing with your level of patience, we would have gladly said no to your order. We prefer to work with mature customers.

To this point I have received nothing.


Send me one of the articles so I can check it - if its not up to standard Ill request an immediate refund ... because lets be honest here - so far I'm underwhelmed by what I have seen so far.

As far as calling me "mature" --- this is a business for me - I treat it as such - but obviously you are not operating in the same manner.

Lastly I ordered this as a trial for buying 100 articles .... but so far after 9-10 days I have received nothing - and only the promise of getting 10 articles ... at this speed it will take you 2-3 months to produce 100 articles.

So yeah bad mouth your customers who have paid you money - like its my fault for giving you money - and you giving me nothing back.

I don't know what world you come from, but I can tell you are not used to working with adults. We got better things to do than responding to your stupid accusations.

So go take your business elsewhere. Your refund has been processed.
