I know as a noob my word counts for nothing but I have to inform of ppcmaster's level of professionalism.

• They answer pm's and emails (puts them above most)

• I am an awkward b*****d, hard to please and requested something they don't normally do; they fulfilled this request (puts them above most)

• They informed me that some of my keywords weren't great (fantastic touch)

• 70% of the articles they delivered surprised me; content quality, use of keywords, low level of mistakes, how easily they read, how article is set out, originality (I checked every single article for dupe content) - very good. (ok 30% weren't as good as the rest but they were acceptable and from their email I understood why this may be)

• If one person doesn't reply to an email/pm, another will

I have been through more writers than I wish to remember from elance/odesk etc but have yet to find anyone that can get close to the standard I'm after. They tick alot of boxes.
