I want to expose my case to prevent more people from losing their money with this seller.
1 week ago I bought him an Ebay and Paypal account "ready to sell" and I received the data in 2 days but I started to have problems from the first day.

I started searching items to generate cookies, I did not list any article and Ebay sent to me the following message indicating problems with the bank account:



I forwarded this email to the OP and he replied that sometimes it happens and I should create a new bank account from Payoneer, N26, etc .... I paid 240GBP for an account that was supposed to be ready to sell and it tells me to fix the problem myself!!! He also gave me the option to pay $ 20 more if I want a new bank account ... pathetic.



That's not all, on the second day I tried to acces Paypal account and a they're asking for a second code validation. The OP has not given me any SIM or data to be able to do it and does not answer any emails.



In summary I have paid 240GBP for a unusable accounts + 40GBP for a fresh dediated IP for nothing, I cannot use Ebay account since when modifying the payment information all red flags will trigger and I cannot use the Paypal account because I cannot pass the second authorization.
