SERP results depends on different SEO factors. There are many different factors that effect ranking and link building is only one of them. For instance, if the competition is fairly easy you will be able to see more results than a niche with impossibly high competition. However, if you have a feasible and definite plan, my service will definitely help your site rank better.

Just wanted to say that, you should also promote your site with other ways as well, not just xrumer postings. You should spread the links around in different sources, this will make it looks more natural in the eyes to google.

I've just ordered 10,000 backlinks. My site is 52 currently in google SURPS for the "keyword" that returns 130,000 results.
