All our IPs have rotation and we cannot provide static IPs. With node access you will be enable to manage the rotation manually, but will not cancel the fact that the current proxy may go offline at any time.

If you're going to use proxies from multiple location that are far from each other, then it's better to avoid this feature. But if you have let's say 5-6 proxies from same location, example London, you can use Rotate proxies feature since that will mimic human behavior even better.
