It's a garbage server It pinged two hours ago this morning, and then it didn't connect at all. I couldn't even get a VPN connection. I used it for less than three hours after I paid for it and threw it away, mostly without a refund

Hello. Please, provide us with some information like login or IP, so we can clarify that, because that's seems to bi impossible if everything you said is true.
 
Very nice support so far, have ordered the HIGH CPU russian VPS.
 
Still dindt get my Server :( Waiting since 1 1/2 hours for the support.
 
Sadly still dont get my server :(. And no reply from the support also the sales guy dont anwser any more.
 
Update, Server was out of stock.
Have get near instant a replace for another one.

So far so good.
