We provide vestacp / ispmanager / virtualmin autoinstallation. But, if you buy a CPANEL license and provide us with the key, we will install CPANEL on your server without any problems.

All our servers use processors (except HI-CPU tariffs) 2xIntel Xeon E5-2680v2.

Your test confirms this, please note how much GHz ? That's right-2.8 GHz, and now we open it (https://ark.intel.com/content/www/r...-processor-e5-2680-v2-25m-cache-2-80-ghz.html ) and we look at what frequency of the processor? Do the processors that you showed have such a frequency?

The fact is that we use the processor emulation mode, "host-model" and it really does not indicate the correct processor, but if you want proof, create a ticket and we will change the emulation mode and you will see the real processor immediately.

As for the disks, no disks with a load were recorded on our monitoring, we use SSD and NVMe disks from Intel's Data-Center version. We can demonstrate and prove it. Please do not forget that there are restrictions on virtual servers, they depend on the tariff, so that the client does not come and use the disk to the maximum, preventing others from working.

We never hide anything, do not deceive customers and are ready to demonstrate everything, but do not forget that each tariff has resource limitations, like every hosting company.
