Unfortunately not, you can use followers/followng/hashtags or list of IDs.
But, we're actually working on another tool that will have already scraped results and that will work with searching by words in bio, once that's ready and we post the sale thread we'll also add a link in this thread, so you can keep an eye on this or follow me so you get a notification when I post it.

Lately we see an average email rate of around 7-8%, but depending on the niche and if the account has bought fake followers it could be a bigger or a lot smaller.
