About likes and comments, on the latest ig versions they limit the users you can scrape from these endpoints a lot.
We can accept list of usernames(or ids), you just have to message us for a custom order.

Hi, you can't filter before scraping, this is already cheap enough, after you get the reports you can filter based on many things like category, address(when available), phone number, followers and so on.

We don't recommend using them as newsletter emails, you should look into cold emailing, other people may use them for custom FB audience or other things that don't include emailing them directly.
