Regarding your results, I tried to offer you help and see if there is some issue with your website but it seems you didn't want any of it and just want to blame the links solely for not ranking. Even a novice SEO will know links alone are not responsible for ranking.
I don't know how can anyone expect to rank when you don't have basic on-page in order. You don't even have your targetted keywords in <h1> <h2> tag and expect to rank? You can even spend $10k and still no one can help you.
Please do not blackmail me again asking me for refund again. For someone who is into digital marketing for 12 years, it might be a good idea to educate yourself on SEO rather than blindly buying links hoping for magic. Have a good day.
