Do you offer xrumer consulting? I have xrumer and I could use some learning so I can use it properly.
 
Disappointed. I ordered a 450k profile blast and received only 10k - Not recommended!
 
450k sites in the list with a success rate off 33%, that's 150k. I got 10k, with over half of them not featuring my link according to scrapebox link checker. Now don't say me that this is what I should expect.

PowerOfPat, we blast to 450K links, which creates on average between 10 - 20K profiles.

The success rate is based on Posting Messages Only & Not for profiles created.
also not all sites etc... accept links.

In future either ask or do you homework on a service before complaining.

Oh please. Have a look at Wickedf**e - Every single Xrumer service which isn't total crap tells you how many profiles with link you'll get. You on the other side only talk about "450k links with 33% success rate" for the more blackhat method of actually posting on the forums - So of course the buyer expects at least a similar rate for profiles. What did I get? No even a 3% success rate.

Nope, definitely NOT recommended!

No response to repeated contact. It's been 5 days since I placed my order. I have just initiated a dispute.

I will sometimes respond over the weekend if i get time, but really thats my time off.

vette09, you were responded to and campaign started within about 3 days, your campaign is running, however I will issue your refund.

we do state on the site that we will usually respond within 72 hours, (working time only) but when things are busy things can take a little longer.


PowerOfPat, those you mention are not the same as my service, so if you prefer there service then use them.

Dude you got 10k links for 35$. why don't you look at the prices of the services which guarantee 10k backlinks ?? It will cost you at least 100$. The service is great for the price and I will use it again and again.

Sorry, but paying on Monday and starting on Saturday with no response to questions in between is NOT 3 days. All you needed to do was respond. If you don't provide customer service you can't be surprised when your customers leave. You need to get someone who can cover weekends for you if that is the issue (though I don't believe it was because I placed my order at the beginning of the week and didn't get a response until the weekend).
 
Just an update to my previous post. OP reblasted my site as the other one didn't take properly. I didn't get a copy of the success log and I agree that communication was not that great but have to concede that the blast worked a treat and my site has risen from about #36 to #4 in big G. Backlink watch reported about 1800+ links last time I checked and I am sure it is much more now.

All in all I would probably buy from him again just wish he was a bit more communicative.

We agree that communication needs to be improved, I have hired an additional staff member, however due to myself being very busy, he has been chucked in at the deep end and has been running alot of the service for me.

However this week myself and another member will be working on communication and adding additional FAQ & Services to help guide new clients.
