Further update... I had my first blast started about feb 8th from this guy. He provided personal custom advice. I am professional but pleasant in my approach and I got the same in return.
I cant speak for others, as I am new to XRumer myself. But I did my homework. I spun multiple URLS in my campaign. After a week i saw a few hundred backlinks showing up. Now about 2.5 weeks later its about 2400 for each. So far I have seen results in the SEs and about 2x rate of sales which far outweighs how much I paid for the blast.
I am anxious to set up monthly campaigns with this guy. I imagine he is taking on more work than possible for you to hold him to 9-5 customer service requirements. Get your info together, submit it and follow up once every couple days and, again, make sure all your info is in one place he can reference. Personally, I don't really care about the logs. Proof is in the pudding. Happier to have him blasting than doing paperwork.

Wow, things are getting a bit heated in here. I ordered mine on the 19th. I deliberately haven't been hassling the seller since replying to me will take him away from what is important, clearing the queue ahead of me 
Alexiswhatsit, can you really say you are unhappy, what this quickly? If you are in the sandbox like I am then you are not going to see immediate results. It might take you a few weeks or more to come out. In the meantime your rank will suck, hardly the sellers fault.
As for others, OK maybe the communication does stink I don't know, I haven't hassled the guy, but if you went to the store and there were a number of people ahead of you would you really want the store owner to chat with everyone or would you prefer he serve people so that he can get to you quicker.
You get what you pay for, I payed for an xrumer blast, I will reserve judgement until it is completed. If I wanted a conversation I would lift my head up from my laptop and smile at my wife, she needs no excuse

If you would have read my original post I wasn't unhappy due to no raise in SE ranking, that's far from it.
Communication sticks from this guy, I it takes multiple time with the support ticket system (yes the ticket system, not some messenger) to get a response.
Again, when the re-blast was issued - the original report from the first blast was given (was the 2nd blast ever done?)
They will tell you they will get back to you, but never do...
When offering a service, communication is key.

Hmmm, well I just recieved my logs and have spent the last 30 minutes going through them. Here's what I have found so far: -
The success log contains 164,480 entries which is a little under the 33.6% advertised but let's not quibble since 164k backlinks would be pretty spectacular for my little niche.
Randomly going through the success entries I haven't found a single one that has stuck and contains my keyword and website. I spent a lot of time going through it not just one or two entries.
A number of the so called "successful" posts contain text that says "BB-code not working;" or "link was placed in profile, but there is no permissions for creating new topic" which leads me to believe that these were not actually succesful.
Most of the entries are for travel companies "wtf" this has nothing to do with my niche. Is this just a generic thing that everyone gets or is there some other reason that I am not aware of?
Does anyone know if I have just wasted my time and money? I could ask him to repost but it seems to me it would be a waste of time if I am going to get a similar result.
I have logged a ticket so let's see how that goes.

If you have 30K uniques a day they without seeing the site I assume its pretty well established.
if your site meets the following criteria:
Established: 3 - 6+ Months
Exisiting Backlinks: 200+
PR: 1+
Then you are classes as established in google and xrumer will usually give you good results.
However that being said, some sites that dont meet that criteria, e.g. brand new, can also see good results from using xrumer, its all down to google really.

Just ordered a 450k blast about 12hrs ago. Paid and Opened a ticket. Just waiting to hear back now. Will post results.

I did not PM anyone, sorry about that. But I did receive an email this morning saying that my campaign is now in Queue and that my log file should be available in 72hrs. I'll keep everyone posted.
Update:
this weekend there will be little response to tickets and blast updates due to us doing maintance on servers, we are finishing up the campaigns currently running in order for us to shut down servers for software & hardware upgrades.
We will respond as best we can, however just take this into consideration.
After the weekend things should be back to normal and all servers upgraded.
We should also have our order system upgraded which will allow us to forfill orders quicker with better response times.
Notice:
Please if you do not know what xrumer is either ask questions or do your homeowrk before using this service as alot of people are getting confused with especially the amount of backlinks they are expecting.
Also all those that order & chargeback once the order has been completed will now be reported to both paypal for fraud & to blackhatworld to be shitlisted.
