Tested the trial and I must say that the idea behind the work is really good. It is like outsourcing your prospecting to an external team which normally would cost much more than the automation done by the OP.

If you have a good program or project which actually helps people, make sure to spend the right amount of time on customizing the messages in the app and it is a sure deal.

I will become a full-time paying member in the near future as soon as my team gets some already existing work done.

4/5 rating as there are some improvements to be made which I understood that are under work.

Also, we are planning to remove the trial and request an upfront payment of $99,
because we found that too many people just join the trial for curiosity,
but they are planning to never pay the $99 from the first moment,

This is interesting logic. Actually proves poor business thinking. If You are not going to let people try your product, most likely they will never start buying it. Each of the big companies started out by giving samples for free. BHW just might not be your best platform i believe. But saying that people are not buying after trial is frustrating - well. Face the reality of every single startup on the world. my 0.2

It is not a poor business thinking.
Let me explain what you don't know about this business.

This service is not a pure software service.
It is a mixed automation/human driven service.
Additionally, it is an intensively consuming servers processing.

In consequence, there is a hard cost at our side.

I can offer a trial, but only if I see the people who are testing the service are serious business people, and they are not thinking to try and leave from the first day.

If You are not going to let people try your product, most likely they will never start buying it.

Maybe in 2021 we'll launch a $1 trial for every one, for a limited time.
But not at this moment.
