Looks like plenty of negative feedback is from non-tech savvy people while the software requires a bit of understanding of how Facebook and scraping work. And the OP is right in that it's far more tempting to leave a negative review than share your positive experience which is kind of expected. But still there are both sides of the spectrum here and on Trustpilot.

Anyway, I think I'm going to try the software myself because the features seem to be just great and needed.

Does the software still work? It would be nice if the seller would add some tutorial videos on the system options and an explanation of what they are for or some tutorial to understand how it all works. Because when reading the offer, I don't understand it a bit And the program has a lot of potential.
