• The seller sent me both the listing link and the link of a website for me to take a look at.
• The seller verified ownership over one of the sites they have for sale.
• The site loaded fast according to Pingdom and the site was mobile-friendly according to Google's Mobile-Friendly tester.
• 10k+ words of content were on the website, just as advertised.
• The content on the website was unique, according to Copyscape.
• As for how the content on the website sounded, it was informative and decently written.
• The PSD file for the logo, the Facebook cover page, and images were provided, as advertised.

Sure, I reported the above posts to hide the sites' names.

That said, I don't think buyers should be that worried about competition because one, most people wouldn't care enough to take action, and two, the sites already have plenty of high-quality, SEO-optimized content, which is easier to push to the top of the SERPs. The content was written by me, and considering that I usually charge $25 per 1000 words, these sites won't be available for long, and once they're sold, the above pics will be removed directly.

Thanks for the heads up, though. I've already edited the names on MyNiche.Site and a mod will step in to edit the above pics asap.

Yes, you read that right. I usually charge $25 per 1000 words fo content, so that's a massive discount.

Furthermore, as all of the available websites are in the same niche and can be merged into one, I'm willing to let the whole batch go for $500.
