- The website runs on Cloudflare. If it was down, you would still be seeing it working perfectly fine, which means the issue of the website not loading is on your end.

As this was an important ticket and not a sales ticket you can give it some time and don't open a dispute on Paypal right after 2-3 hours.
Why do this ? Did I ever say I will not refund you if you are not using the proxies and there are issues? I would never ever steal anyone's money. Not something a normal person does.

About the proxies not working, there was a tiny downtime today which was caused by the datacenter having some issues.
