My advice would be to avoid this guy's services. He does not advertise his prices truthfully in his thread. He has good reviews in this thread so that is why I am surprised.

But here's the conversation I just has with him about Twitter accounts. He refused to do it for his advertised price, claiming he only had "old stock". If that's the case, he needs to change his price on the front page, instead of getting people to contact him and then attempting to bargain for a higher price.

Indiigo007 , so... what's problem? Yes, old stock, 9 month old have more expensive price. Try keeping accounts 9 month without getting banned part of accts. For sure price will be more higher. You send me money? I promise you something? I think nope. I just tell you that's old stuff have more higher price. So, relax and be happy. :)
