Just a quick review of the transaction.

I ordered 1k YouTube accounts and they were delivered within 48h.

The majority of the accounts was already banned (only 100 alive).
I've read about YT problems in other threads so I can't say that the method caused this.

Within 24h he/she sent me another batch.
Same problem, all accounts banned.

Within 3h after notifying him he/she refunded me the money.
