I am going to be using them for various purpose including using it for manual purpose to login and verify emails. Would non-PVA accounts in this case ask for verification when logging to outlook/hotmail through a web browser?

I am looking to buy gmail accounts that can receive mail only (maybe 2-3 messages per week), but last a long time. Every time I buy accounts, they last a week or so and are fried.
