Long time reader, newly registered. Here comes my first review :)

Signed up for an Adwords-account (High). Got the account within 24 hours and it was a legit account with good history and spend.

The account is now about a week old in my possession, and everything works as desired so far.

Have received good help and quick answers via Skype. It is obv that William has good Adwords knowledge.
