Previously replied via a PM to this question - in short, yes, I can easily create a custom private quote theme (which will be visible to you only) using your own images and/or quotes. Just upload your stuff somewhere and share a download link. You can also use the images and/or quotes currently presented in my web app. Just contact me and tell me what you need.

Replied via PM. In short, yes, I can easily add sound using ffmpeg, I only need to be provided with a list of audio pieces of your choice.
