I have tried out many GSA Services here and elsewhere and I must say Avichal's service is the best. You can see that it's done with just more care than other such services.
That is probably the reason why I have seen a way bigger indexation rate than with any other GSA blast.
Also he is a great guy, he's responsive and when I needed a custom order, he made it for me very quickly.
If you need this kind of links you should go with this service!

I bought Package 2 (500 Tier1 one links and 5000 Tier2) and what I ended up with was
- 728 links from 183 different domains (T1) and
- 9700 links from 2226 domains (T2).
T1 consist mostly of profiles pages with some kind of english article on them (spun content but absolutely relevant to the niche you specify when placing the order).
T2s are links from a mix of profiles, comments and other sources pointing to T1 pages.
You get 2 csv files with the links and some metrics, the number of outbound links is as promised, LOW.
Avichal also promised to submit the T1 pages to some kind of indexing service and their combination of indexing and T2 links definitely works, my index rate was like 30% after around 1 week from the delivery.
Service well worth the price (even the full, non-discounted). I will order again.

Avichal provides high-quality services for a good price. Even without discounts, believe me, it's cheap. Bought Package 3 and one custom package for 20k backlinks. Even when the order wasn't finished I noticed that my CF increased a lot. Didn't notice any Spam Score increase which is really good when buying that amount of backlinks.
Well since it's early to talk about increased positions or etc., we'll see results in the next couple of weeks. Highly recommended.
