Summary​

  • Very smooth interface for the rank tracker; even a Caveman could understand how to use it.
  • Excellent communication from the seller during the process as well.
  • The RankTracker did pick up our keywords quickly and was accurate as well.

My .02 USD​

I used to own a rank tracking service and this is heads and tails above what we offered. It is cleaner, faster and less cumbersome. I would think you would be pleased with it as a client as much as I was as a reviewer.

For Buyers: The quality of the product or service that I receive is what you should expect, or better. If you feel that the quality of the service has dropped significantly, please let us know via the report button.

For Buyers Regarding Disputes: If you do not receive a product or service as advertised, or at all in the event of a dispute, do not be afraid of a "no refunds" refund policy as you are allowed to request a refund through the shit list process. For more information and to see whether or not your dispute qualifies, refer to the shit list rules and procedures.

I was thinking of trying this out, but after reading this and no response from the owner for last 5 days, I am suspect. The thread has just started and the owner is Missing in Action, this is not a great way to start a service.
 
WHY WAS MY QUESTION DELETED??
Simple question that deserved an answer, instead it was deleted and seller hasn't been active on his own thread. SHame as I wanted to buy it for the chrismas sale. Lost yourself a sale

Hi mayhemonger, our support email is [email protected] which is likely why we did not receive any support requests. The rank tracker works and we're adding additional Keyword Trend data in the next update (scheduled for this week). I can see that your refund was issued within 1 hour after you cancelled your subscription. All plans include a 14 day refund policy (after the trial period).
