their customer service is a joke
server is good but no support at all
as much as i like them and im droppng atleast 200-230$ every month on them, hope i find some better service
 
When will you offer static residential ISP proxies?
 
Avoid this service. Customer support is slow and terrible, proxy didn't work.

been using them for 2+ months and i'm not a small customer to say the least
customer support is bad
and recently their proxy is too slow and 20% of the times doesn't even work.
this will be the last topup i do.
