Following up with a review as promised. Purchased 200 HQ subs. Used a channel with sub count hidden. The 200 subs came in over 3 or 4 days, which I thought was great as it looks better than a 1 day dump. Channel is short of watch time by 100 hours so haven't tried to monetize it.

Hit 800 subs on another channel naturally and had over 4k watch time so I figured I'd make another order on that channel. Bought another 200 subs. Subs came in over a 2 day period. Waited a few days and applied for monetization, was approved in less than 24 hours.

Small sample size, as these weren't big orders, but I was happy with the service.

Yes, organic. I had about 6k watch hours and 800+ subs organic before I purchased the subs.

Just to be fair, after a month I reapply my channel that I bought from the seller. And luckily today I got accepted for monetization! Haha

You pay a lot of money and wait months and still nothing, all their watch time and subs drop constantly and they do help by topping it up but they never reach the milestones to get your monetized.
