In the short run the work the same, but if you plan on creating them and keeping up with them on a monthly or weekly bases and not only that but actually build around them (links and such) I like the HPR domains more than the low PR profiles.
On HPR domains there is a much better indexing ratio I will say.
Just know that the PR will not be on the profile we create, it is on the home page of the domain we choose to create the account.

#1-. You can take your "one time" linkwheel order into a "monthly service"
In a monthly deal there is a total of 3 updates / month (so each profile will get 3 fresh articles), as well we create a new video and the whole ring goes under PING / RSS / Blog comments / etc as described.
#2-. If the order is not too old, we can offer pretty much any other type of back links. (PM me for a full list to choose from).
Base on this one you can custom order anything you want / need.
The best "after service" will be to keep the account (profiles) active. At least so they don't die over time.
