Okay. Still no response fro michael and he has not made any attempt to make any sort of gesture towards a very unhappy customer. So much for the "satisfaction guarantee" - Ha!. Has been almost 1 week since I first contacted you Michael (now tried to contact twice as well as posted here - have got NO response (except saying "But obisouldy your the kind of client who would do such silly things, thus I would also not place much credence in your post.")

Does someone mind posting a link to a few of the Web 2.0 Properties that have been made using this service? I'm trying to figure out exactly what I would be buying in getting this. Or please PM me with a few URLs if that is acceptable for you. Thanks!
If you don't want to list URLs, just posting what type of 2.0 property to expect would be a good start.
ie.
Is each property a blogspot blog with 1-2 posts? More posts? etc
Dot Com addresses, Dot Infos, etc or xxxxx.blogspot.com?

Exactly! i used another service for a linkwheel and it was done on before the promised date... i guess instead of trying something new i should have went with them...Do get back to us...

He said it would be done on the 28th (I called Micheal) and I paid on the 21st. I know Christmas is here, but it would be nice to update us.

Well I guess he has 10 business days. So far, It's been 5 business days. Though, I was told turnaround time is 5-7 business days. We will see what happens. I would definitely ask for a refund it it hits 10 business days. I don't have time to waste.

@remimartin - I won't post my own or my clients properties, but we do use the typical Wordpress, Vox, Live Journal, Wet Pait, etc.
@guaranteedseo - It's the Holidays mate. We state numerous times 5 - 7 business days completion time.
I show your order was placed on the 21st, so today marks the 5 "business" day including Christmas day. Which means your report will come in the next 48 hours.
However I note that the 21st is in QA vetting right now, so there is a good chance you will the report in 24 hours.
We hit that mark 99% of the time. I last posted on the 24th and now it's the 28th. During this weekend I also had calls routing to my cell.
With that said, I agree we should revise our delivery method.
Soon we will have a client login area where you can see the mile-stones that are being achieved and you won't have to wait on an email. As soon as the report is done you can download it directly from our site.

Got my LinkWheel finished. Here's my full review.
Customer Service - 7/10 - The only reason why I give them a 7 is because they don't contact you during the process, though, if you really want to find out how your order is going, just call Michael.
I wish there was some sort of control panel that I could just go to and see how the progress is going...i.e. what milestone they're on.
Quality 9/10 - These are unique, great articles, all based on my niche. Great job. Everything was given according to what I was told I would be getting. The video they made was an awesome touch.
Price 10/10 - This would have taken me a long time to do, and based on the price ($91) this is a steal for 15 unique articles, interlinked, with back links to my site on High PR web 2.0 links, with a stellar video.
Overall, great job.

@Guaji - There should be no problem in increasing your rankings with minimal efforts. Our most popular package is the 25 properties. We do provide a 30 day property replacement policy. However we do ask that if any changes need to be made due to quality issues that you let us do the changes. We use a ton of proxies to create these properties, so we would also use the same proxies to enter back into the property to perform the requested changed. A lot of properties are deleted due to IP crossing.
