Article was definitely written by a non native English speaker and was difficult to read in many locations. Definitely not money site content and I did not suspect that it would be at this price point. I don't believe I will use it as tier one either. Will likely use it as tier 2 web 2.0 or rewrite it to make it flow better for a tier 1 article.
