Not sure what they are advertising when they say 2 more VA available. I purchased the 1 month(8 hours a day) VA three days ago. They started to work only after 2 days and it took something approx 7 hours to do a copy-paste job (Quizzes were provided) and still somehow they did mistakes. I don`t understand if they can't even to manage copy-paste job, so who trust them to write content. I asked for a refund.

Yes, we made mistake and It was totally our mistake.

Our team is really good. We do work hard . In your case , two things happened
1) Our both dedi managers which were assigned to you, went on holidays..

2) I also got stuck by viral.

But, offcourse, its no excuse and I totally accept my mistake. It definitely hurts when we are not able to do client's work.

I was thinking about this whole scenario and how can we improve it? I think we are going to make some more adjustments in the hierarchy.
