Yes you can run on any geo, but its better to buy the specific country location accounts (aged 2007-2014)

Follow up from an order placed fulfilled 2 weeks ago.

Purchased 2 Yahoo account aged with pics + followers, as well as 10 fresh yahoo accounts. Was promised that these were very safe and to be used for long term.

All accounts were banned/deleted today. I didn't even use more than a few of the accounts, and minimal to zero activity as well (and nothing malicious or links or spammy).
