Absolute joke of a company, had about 25 single location modems. These guys are so incompetent it's unreal. First of all they will send you a reset link that does absolutely nothing. So you have to get on live chat with them. Most of the time they answer but they are times they just go AWOL. I mist have 10 chats a day - every single day. The quality is absolutely appalling. It's not even close to 5G so another fake advertisement.

Then near the top of the page you can see Pricing, hold your mouse over that and then choose Residential.
Once you get to the page you can scroll down the page a little and see the pricing grid. You pick how much bandwidth you need, and then it will show you the price before the 20% blackhat world discount. Once you have your BHW coupon code (by going to our online chat on our site - bottom right hand corner and requesting one) you will then enter that into the payment page and see the discount show up.

Hello, for about a week we had an issue where some of the URL's weren't working. That has been resolved. If you would like a free month please reach out in the chat and reference this message on BHW (give the customer service rep the link to this post) and they will set up a free month for 1 single location and you can test it to be sure it's working now and no more issues.
Also the speeds are 50 - 70mb and we even have some hitting 100mb in some locations. Remember 5G isn't in all locations in the USA yet. It's being slowly rolled out over the next 2 years.
Going to leave this here. I've been a sub for over a month. Had 24+ single location dedicated devices. Same issue everywhere. Glad I cancelled. One more thing, from time to time they will switch your password so you can't login to the modem you paid for. Would ask you 20 USD to change the modem.
