I have been using proxyguys for a couple of months now, and can say that the service is great... when it works.

About every 3 days I have to contact support because my proxy is getting under 50KB speeds for the single locations proxies, and then have to wait 10-12 hours for the technical team to fix it. This would not be a problem if this happened once every a couple of months but this happens EVERY 3-5 days for the past 6 months.

The kicker is that if you never report having an issue with your proxy they wont look at it for DAYS.

You guys need to be more proactive about fixing slowness before the customer notices and the fact that I have to contact your team every 3-5 days to get it fixed.

Don't get me wrong other proxy providers have problems too but never this often ,and if I am paying a premium to use your service I would especially expect better proxy service than the competition.

I believe we resolved this via private message. Customer purchased our $145/mo BHW Single-Location proxy which has 22G/mo limited bandwidth which he appeared to be exceeding causing his modem to become throttled. We did work with the customer to make it very clear on our website that single-location does not include unlimited premium bandwidth so hopefully, the problem doesn't occur again.

I bought these some time ago because I specifically needed USA 4g. I have to say I haven't found a better provider for 4g. I made a lot of money with my method with these (while the method was alive ;-) )
