Our cards are not reloadable. You just can buy a new one. The maximum denomination we have is $900.

i have a question, if i use your VCC for any purchase through PAYPAL, and if there is any refund, will it be able to take it back ?

coz using the paypal is the reason for making secure transaction, if anything wrong happens from seller, at least at paypal we get the refund.

and in other mode of platform also if there is any refund, the seller always refund to the original mode of payment.

so is it safe to use the vcc ?

if it does, then i am interested to buy one.

Our cards accept refunds from the merchants. In case of payment through PayPal I'm sure you will get a refund to the card too.
