KGR keywords work wonders. I have been using them for my own sites and it is definitely a good way to enter a niche. Looks like an amazing deal too. Good luck!

Sorry I missed your message. It's hard to say, I've started building links now, but I'd say 75% + maybe even 80 hit top 100 fairly quickly, others follow over time. For my expired domain site stuff ranks insanely well, very satisfying seeing top 10 and top 30 within 48 hours or so

I've put a new package up for sale, this time in a competitive but equally lucrative niche... MATTRESSES! Yes, you really can find low competition keywords even in tougher niches. Now, these will still need work to get them to rank but if you're in the niche or find the niche appealing ($$$$$) then these keywords are ideal.
How Much Can I Make?
Here are the assumptions I'm using for the below figure:
- Search volume for just keywords in the package (traffic will be higher though as pages don't just rank for 1 keyword)
- Position 1 which gives a 30% CTR
- 40% CTR on affiliate links
- 1% conversion rate
- 8% commission rate (varies a lot in this, many offers a flat fee usually around $100-150 sometimes more, so this 8% is fairly conservative)
- $1,100 average product price
Search volume for all keywords = 7530
Potential monthly revenue: $795

I will skip the metrics and the details about the keywords as the OP sales description is in line with what you get.
It surprises me to see that this thread is not getting more attention.
Here are the reasons. For the price, even without the keywords, you get a detailed guide on how to build your website and rank it.
Although many of those resources are available for free, as a newbie this will help you have everything in one place streamlined and with extra explications.
For the keywords, they really look like easy keywords. Considering the search volume, the number of keywords that I got and possible income from them these can be some easy beer money.
But, if I wouldn't be lazy I could expand on these keywords and aim for a bigger site.

hey op, just a question that i always bugged my mind about kgr. So I thought I would ask you here.
If top 10 websites are mostly pa da 40+ for kgr keywords. Can you still rank for kgr keywords then?
Further, what is your personal experience regarding kgr kws for which huge authority sites are on page one?

You'll often find high authority websites ranking in the SERP and this makes a lot of keywords tools show high keyword difficulty scores. Often these high authority websites rank for head terms and the SERP does not match user intent at all. An example might be best x for x however the SERP will only show best x (usually the most competitive term).
The whole basis behind KGR is finding keywords that have the demand but little to no supply. Google tries to show something to searchers so they show the most relevant pages. KGR allows you to slot in the SERP usually fairly easily. It's not a perfect method (needs to be done at a scale as some will perform poorly, some average and some really well), analyzing search intent is important in KGR. You need to make sure the KGR term is actually a term on its own and not maybe a weird spelling, word order etc.
I've had good success with KGR and continue to use it.
Now, an even better tactic is seeing no authority sites on SERP AND a low KD along with the proper search intent this can make KGR powerful.
