Amazon is a little tougher than eBay/PayPal, but it's entirely possible to get back on Amazon after a suspension. That's beyond the scope of this thread of course; just do a Google search about it and you'll learn more.

I think a private, static residential proxy would work best. Possibly a datacenter proxy could work. Let me know what you have.
