Yes, that one applies to Fresh Ips as well.

And we test for PayPal but not Stripe. However I don't see why you would have any problems with Stripe

Understood your explanation regards to your "VPN" quote but i really had bad experience with such so called VPN

First of all i perviously i believe i used 1 of your competitor ip and what happen was it's always giving me road block on paypal when i tried to withdraw money or even worse ebay gotten MC011 where as the same tester on residential proxy doesn't have any issue

It's more about the quality of the IP address. Quality matters.

We don't offer residential IPs unfortunately. Sorry about that.

That said a large portion of our customer base uses our Fresh Dedicated Ips specifically for eBay/PayPal usage without any issues.
