I bought this service and paid $25 already. Can I know the reason for banning him? Should I make a dispute in paypal?

He is temp banned for failing to resolve problems on the other sales thread.

I received a free review copy of 5 web 2.0 sites. They are beautiful! All sites contain a lot of images and lengthy contents (1,200+ words.) The content could be better, but it is fine for a web 2.0. There are multiple headings breaking down the macro subject to micro subjects, which is VERY NICE. There are appropriate images throughout. I checked indexing right after receiving the report and 1 was already indexed. Out of the 5 sites I received only one was n0follow. The links to MS were in snippets that almost looked like an advertisement - the surrounding text was reworded from the MS. Content came back mostly unique.
