Ownership of the site was proven as that is how we typically approve a site sale.

I'll make a disclaimer here so you know I'm being transparent. I know @GMB Experts and have done a fair amount of business with him and he never failed to deliver a quality product and he is someone I respect a lot.

This service won't be for sale long as I think it is under priced and if I was not in the middle of a few real life things that are quite heavy I'd probably buy it and grab me a partner.

The person who does buy this should be able to put a bunch of cash in their pocket fairly quickly.

Nice opportunity for the person who understands how to sell local leads or someone who wants to learn that IM niche.

It’s been patched in the US. It’s a matter of time before it’s rolled out internationally too, imo. Could be a year from now, could be a day from now but who really knows lol.

This is do to googles recent update to the google my business structure in the US interface and the verification process therein.

This is a great deal for those that can produce a partnership for sure. I have been doing gmbs for a while and the fun alone creating them is worth the glee..hehehe


Can i converse with you OP? I have much kno in this area and love to chat about these things as google always updates and what that means or what they implemented and how it affects us in our local marketing efforts.

US is good but it’s not everything.
There is much money in Canada, UK , AU , and Europe in general... a plumber in Paris will pay you 45 euro for a call or more! That crazy.

Even in ur own city ( if you don’t live in USA ) you can do some crazy stuffs with the GMB Method alone ... go learn ac repair and spam ur area make 2k usd a day lol ....
There is no limit to the money that can be made from this deal, I know cause I already made my money .

Or is there a backup method so that in the event that Google closes the exploit (like in USA case), the business can still resume?
At the moment I see this as a high risk purchase and not an undervalue buy like what the Mod who approves this thread claims.
 
Definitely something I'm interested in. I've saved up close to $40,000 from my endeavours. Most of it is spent on backpacking abroad and travelling the world but this method has caught my eye. Like the previous poster, it seems high risk given the possibility the method could be patched at any given moment. Is there a workaround for this or?

I can only tell you guys one thing from experience,
Once you know how the gmb method works.
Even if it patched in a couple months you already will make x5-10 ur investment.
Plus- once u know the method u will always hunt or find out new ways ur self. I’m giving u the fishing road .. and there is many fish in the sea.
 
There is high risk in every business u will ever buy.
With this one with hard work the 20k is peanuts
 
This thing will get patched sooner or later. OP is asking too much for something this risky.

I have been in this business before in the US and the agency got it. It was nice while it lasted.

Enough said ,
Let’s say u guys right and it’s will be patched in 4-5 months .
That period of time will make u over 5k listings.
That passive income of over 50k a month if used right.
And the listings won’t die so fast.
I have over 1k listings from year ago no suspended.
