This appears to be Scrapebox comments using a variety of comments.

The comments were unrelated to the niche but this would be fine for camouflage SEO so don't expect it to rank your sites but rather provide some diversity so Google does not think you are only getting links that are high quality.

Good to see that honest review. Now op has to improve here to prove his claim.
 
All these blog comments services say 'manual work' and 90% are just automated and aren't even good quality wise and we still have like 5+ of them.

I got the review copy and I have to thank for that the work. All are real website and related to my niche. The beauty all the websites are moderated accounts and website owner approved because its around niche. Good work and report is very neatly given.
 
I received six links for a review of @jacksubbi 's service. My opinion mirrors @BassTrackerBoats and contradicts @Purush . The comments in no way appeared to be manually written. Two of the six had one-sentence comments that had nothing to do with even the broad niche of what I was working with. However it was related to another guide I had on the same target site, and the content sounded familiar. The sentences were spun from my own articles, some from an article that had nothing to do with the target subject matter. For one of the six links, it had been removed when I checked the links less than 10 minutes after receiving the final report.

I don't believe the articles that were commented on were ever looked at, and instead someone just put in my keyword and pressed a button. Two of the five received comments were to articles completely unrelated to my topic. One of them had images that were broken, every single image on the site was broken.

OP mentioned the metrics were high for the "actual page not homepage". The DR for the pages were 0, 17, 1.9, 4.8, 3.2, and 21. The DR of 21 was the article I didn't receive a link to, or the link was removed when the comment was denied. These links provide no value to a site, and the sales copy is misleading and completely false for what is provided. Would not recommend.
